Academy & High Performance: Our curriculum are the building blocks with the most impact on a players development long term with skating being the main focus. We do several high repetitions to build foundational muscle memory (motor skills) as this is the number one proven component of development.

How does our program work versus others? We focus on hockey core skills and build them at an age-appropriate pace over the course of the Spring, Summer, and Fall. A one-week clinic doesn’t help a player develop as you don't build long term muscle memory. We also don’t focus on “edge work” or “power skating” because that’s what figure skating and speed skater do. We work on the biomechanics of the hockey player in a game. You’ve heard the phrase, “practice like you play”! That’s what we do, we develop hockey players with proven Game Performance Skating, stickhandling, passing, and shooting. Then we apply these new skills a little at a time. To make sure players are developing correctly, we do three video analysis to ensure their stride is correct and body positioning is properly aligned.

We use "Junior Trainers" because younger players learn quicker from their peers. It's natural for hockey players to identify and compare themselves to their peers. This is one of the major keys to hockey development. Our trainers are all hockey players and teach positive habits which enables your player to develop at a faster rate.

Goalie Factory: A one-week clinic doesn’t help a player develop as you don't build long term muscle memory. We focus on the biomechanics of your goalie. We develop goalies to perform in a game through proven game situational training.
